A decade ago I began my gluten free baking journey when my husband realized he cannot process gluten any longer. I had plenty of help, from my sister, books, magazines and other blogs. Eventually, I had to remove dairy, eggs, almonds, cashews, potatoes and soy for myself and daughter.
I missed my old favourite recipes and worked hard to develop recipes that reclaims those favourites without sacrificing flavour and textures that I love.
Recently, I have branched into vegan and raw food substitutions too.
